In 2011, we started as a small plumbing contractor serving Melbourne’s south-east suburbs. We had one truck, a handful of tools, and a simple promise: show up on time, do the work right, and never cut corners.

That commitment caught the attention of Australia’s largest gas networks. APA Group gave us our first contract. Then AGIG. Then AGN. Each project pushed us further—from domestic meter changes to pressure reduction stations, from emergency leak response to hydrogen infrastructure integration.

We invested in equipment no one else had: custom jetter trucks, remote-controlled tracked carriers that could lift 150kg meters into spaces other contractors couldn’t reach, and Victoria’s only ESV-approved hydrogen catering trailers.

We built a 700m² warehouse in Thomastown to stock thousands of meters and regulators. We digitized every job through ServiceM8 so clients could track progress in real time. We trained our team to Gas Supply Cert IV and ESV standards.

Fourteen years later, we’re trusted by Tier-1 networks to deliver the most complex gas and infrastructure projects in Victoria—while still answering emergency calls at 2am.
