What areas of Melbourne do you service?
We're based in Thomastown and cover Melbourne CBD, the inner and outer northern suburbs, the south east from Dandenong through to Pakenham and the Mornington Peninsula, and north regional Victoria out to Seymour and Healesville.
Can I book and pay online?
Yes. Drain clearing and gas fitting call-outs can be booked and paid online, and hot water systems, gas log fires and ducted heaters can be bought supply-only or booked for supply and install with a deposit. Your job goes straight into our scheduling system once payment clears.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Bourke Infrastructure Group Pty Ltd is a licensed plumbing and gas fitting business (licence 103182), trading since 2011, with $20,000,000 public liability cover. We're also a Tier 1 gas contractor and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified.
What are your hours? Do you do emergencies?
Our office is open Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:30pm. After-hours and weekend emergency call-outs are available — call (03) 9001 5616.
Do you offer finance?
Yes — eligible purchases up to $7,500 can be paid off interest-free with humm, subject to approval.
